Avoiding lower back pain is very easy if you take care of your back properly. If the lower back pain is occur, maybe you have poor body mechanics and to treat it you should ensure that you always be in correct posture and lift with your legs instead of using your back. You should always do some exercise that strengthening your back as well as having furniture and tools that has healthy ergonomics.
