When walking, pretend that there is a string in the back of the skull, pulling his head and spine to its maximum length. Practice and walk and be physically moved himself that way. The space between the waist and rib cage must be extended. Eat a varied diet, eating foods that promote good skin, blood and bone health (green lettuce, broccoli, milk, vitamin C and E). Good luck
